Letter of intent with Zefeng Renhe Investment and Development Co.
During the Polish - Chinese Economic Forum in Beijing (21-22.12.2011), which was held as a part of the official visit of Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski to China, Ecotech Polska signed a letter of intent, concerning a joint-venture cooperation between Ecotech Polska, Zefeng Renhe (Tianjin ) Investment and Development Co. LTD and Mr. Jerry Tong.
In connection with the signed document, a pilot installation for the disposal of hazardous industrial sludge has been launched in Hebei province, in the presence of local authorities and government experts.

Confidentiality Statement with Taiwan SINO Environmental Services Corporation
On 25 November Ecotech Polska signed the Confidentiality Statement with SINO Environmental Services Corporation - one of the leading companies in the waste management industry in Taiwan. The document concerns the disposal of fly ash from waste incineration plants, which SINO ESC manages and also Taiwan soil remediation (which is now contaminated with heavy metals).

Ecotech stock market launch
On 22 November 2011, Ecotech Polska had its initial public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange share market - NewConnect. 930 687 of ordinary bearer shares (series B) were introduced to the market. The ceremony took place in the New Connect Hall. Noble Securities Brokerage House was the authorized adviser and the animator of Ecotechs’ shares. The ceremony was honored by the presence of the Armenian ambassador Mr. Ashot Galoyan, and former Polish consul in Malaysia, Mr. Czeslaw Klimczak.

Ecotech Polska in the EU Gateway Program
As the only Polish company, Ecotech Polska was qualified for the prestigious EU Gateway Program, which aims to promote companies from the area of the European Union, to support exports to external markets and to establish business contacts. Ecotech Polska attended the first meeting of the beneficiaries of the Program held in Brussels on 10 November 2011.

Taiwan International Green Industry Show
Between 25 and 28 October Ecotech Polska participated in the International Green Industry Show in Taipei. Moreover, thanks to the courtesy of Polish diplomatic staff, it held meetings in the Industry and Technology Park Research Institute - Taiwanese research institute specializing in the latest technologies, as well as with companies such as: Bali Incineration Plant, Soil and Groundwater Remediation Fund and Sino Environmental Services Corporation.

Ecotech Polska on a trade mission to Algeria
As a GreenEvo Program participant, Ecotech Polska promoted its EnviroMix technology on ERA 2011 Fair in Oran, Algeria. The trade mission lasting from 17 to 20 October, was chaired by Bernard Błaszczyk, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Environment.
The program of the visit included, among others, meetings with General Secretary of Algerian Ministry of Environment and representatives of agencies responsible for promoting the use of clean technologies. The EnviroMix technology aroused a particular interest, because of Algerian government program of disposal of hazardous waste, that include cyanides.

Power Generation and Water Middle East 2011
As a member of GreenEvo Program, Ecotech Polska participated on 8-10 October, in the prestigious Power Generation and Water fairs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The fair was addressed to the local and international companies, seeking environmental solutions. Ecotech Polska presented its technology, capable of dealing with oil refinery waste.

Ecotech Polska visits Vietnam
As a participant of the GreenEvo Program –the Green Technology Accelerator, Ecotech Polska once again took a visit to Vietnam, with a trade mission to the GreenBiz international trade fair, which took place in Ho Chi Minh City, on 15-16 September 2011.
Ecotech Polska also took part in the prestigious Networking Cocktail with the representatives of Vietnamese businesses. The Cocktail and the fairs were organized by EUROCHAM - the European Chamber of Industry in Vietnam.

Ecotech Polska in India
Ecotech Poland took part in Renewable Energy Fair in India, organized in New Delhi on 10-12 August 2011,and held talks with potential partners.
During the visit Ecotech Polska also participated in a trade forum "Green Technologies from Poland", supported by the Polish Embassy. During the event, Ecotech Polska had an opportunity to present its technology and attend a matchmaking session with Indian companies.
Ecotech Poland also took part in the European Evening (European Night) organized by EBTC (European Business and Technology Centre).

Ecotech Polska on the Polish-Armenian Committee on Economic Cooperation
The Conference of the Polish-Armenian Committee on Economic Cooperation took place on July 7th 2011. The result of this meeting was establishing the content of the Second Protocol of the Conference of the Polish-Armenian intergovernmental Committee on Economic Cooperation and the inaugural activity of Polish-Armenian Economic Chamber. On behalf of Poland, the Protocol was signed by Mr. Marcin Korolec, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy, and on the behalf of Armenia, Mr. Ara Petrosyan, Vice prime minister in the Ministry of Economy of Armenia.
A record about Ecotech Polska's project in Armenia (Nubarashen) and governmental mutual conversations on funding this venture is located in the eighth point of the above-mentioned Protocol concerning Cooperation in Environmental Protection. The talks were also held with Mr. Ara Azizyan – Head of the International Cooperation Department in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia. He expressed an interest in obtaining a governmental credit for Ecotech's project in Armenia.

Ecotech Polska on Panel on Economy with S. R Vietnam Delegation
On July 6th 2011, Ecotech Polska participated in a meeting with the Vietnam Delegation chaired by Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Bui Thanh Son. On behalf of Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, political and economic consultations were run by Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Beata Stelmach.
Presentation of Ecotech Polska's planned projects in Vietnam and propositions of giving governmental credits for realization of those projects on behalf of Ministries of Foreign Affairs were made during the Panel on Economy.

Ecotech Polska among the 'Leaders of Sustainability' contest by Forbes magazine
The outcome of the contest was presented in the July issue of Forbes in a special report. The Ecotech Polska company was among the leaders comprising nine companies (Barlinek, Cemex Polska, Proflowewr, Radisson Blu Hotel, Skanska Property Poland, 3M Poland). Ecotech Polska awarded for the Best Innovative Project
On June 28th 2011 in Warsaw, PROGRESS 2011 awards were announced in the competition organized by the Polish Market magazine and the Vistula University for the most innovative companies and projects. The Scientific Board, chaired by prof. Krzysztof Rybiński, the rector of the Vistula University, granted Ecotech Polska the award for the Best Innovative Project in the category of ECOLOGY.

In collaboration with the company Green Gate Consulting, a representative of Ecotech Polska in the U.S. and Canada, tests for stabilization of hazardous waste were conducted for a company from environmental sector.

The next transfer of environmental technology made by Ecotech Polska
On April 16th 2011 in Hanoi, the President of the Ecotech Polska company, Mr. Dominik Wojewódka, signed a letter of intent with the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to conduct research and implementation work on the liquidation of soil polluted by dioxins and heavy metals. In the first phase, the research, financed by the governmental budget, will be conducted under the supervision of international experts. The next step will be to apply the technology to the reclamation of the Bien Hoa airport, which was contaminated with dioxins by U.S. troops during the Vietnam War.
During the visit, Ecotech Polska established contact with the largest operator in the field of waste management in Hanoi area, the URENCO company. Tests were carried out jointly and the suitability of the EnviroMix ® technology for the use in the area of Hanoi for hazardous sludge generated from industrial production in quantities of 70 tonnes per day was highly rated.

Ecotech Polska on technological trials in Israel
By virtue of the contract concluded on April 1st, Ecotech Polska, on behalf of the Israeli party, conducted tests of waste stabilization samples from the Haifa refinery on 5-7 April. The samples were transferred to the Ministry of Environment of Israel for an opinion and recommendation for the use of the EnviroMix ® technology in Israel.

Ecotech Polska in the European Parliament
On March 30th, the co-owner of the Ecotech Polska company, Mr. Marek Bukała, who was invited by the MP, Mr. Boguslaw Sonik, gave a presentation at the meeting in the European Parliament regarding the topic of "Storing and managing hazardous waste in the European Union”. Ecotech Polska presented the real state of waste management in the EU and indicated the directions which should be pursued by the legislative bodies to provide more effective protection of the environment against illegal practices that are related to the improper activities within the hazardous waste treatment and regulations on innovative technologies.

Ecotech Polska at the Economic Forum in Zagreb
On February 16th, Ecotech Polska participated in the Croatian-Polish Economic Forum in Zagreb. The forum was opened by the Ministers of Economy of Croatia and Poland, Mr,. Djuro Popijać and Mr. Waldemar Pawlak, both stressing the need to boost economic cooperation. The Minister of the Environment, Mr. Andrzej Kraszewski, pointed out that one of the most important areas of the Polish-Croatian cooperation may be the industry of environmental protection.

Ecotech Polska starts cooperation with SITA NORTHERN EUROPE WASTE SERVICES, Belgium
Stabilizing tests of ashes from the thermal waste treatment installation, which belongs to the SITA group, have been carried out in terms of the cooperation. The research, conducted in Belgium, has confirmed the effectiveness of the EnviroMix ® technology. The next step will be to determine the possibility of practical utilization of stabilized waste in engineering work.

On January 17th, Ecotech Polska was invited by the Minister of the Environment, Mr. Andrzej Kraszewski, to participate in a press conference inaugurating the opening of the call for proposals for the 2nd edition of the GreenEvo project. The conference was an opportunity to share experience and results that were obtained from the participation in GreenEvo.

Ecotech Polska is the first company that has made the transfer of the environmental technology
On December 16th 2010 in Yerevan, Mr. Dominik Wojewódka, the President of the company Ecotech Polska, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Armen Yeritsyan, the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia. The memorandum includes the implementation of two major projects on the territory of Armenia. The first one concerns the tomb of the obsolete pesticides in Nubarashen, while the second one refers to the elimination of arsenic waste tomb near Alaverdi. Due to the extraordinary environmental hazard of the first project, it is planned to be implemented in 2011 after an earlier diagnosis of the scale of contamination of the sites around the tomb.

Ecotech Polska on technological trials in China
Ecotech Polska in cooperation with the CNGC Enviro-Tech Development company, which is a division of China North Group Corporation, has made attempts to stabilize waste containing TNT and pollution of chromium compounds. The samples will be handed over to an independent laboratory analysis. Positive assessment will form the basis for the implementation of the joint project of the reclamation of the polluted soil in China in 2011.

Ecotech Polska with technological offer in Vietnam
Vietnam was the next stop where Ecotech Polska has submited its technological bid in terms of the GreenEvo project. Ecotech has participated in the matchmaking talks and the Vietwater Fair in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Being the regional representative of Ecotech Polska, the company EnCycle Sdn Bhd from Malaysia has also took part in the fair and promoted both the EnviroMix ® technology, as well as the GreenEvo project.
Ecotech Polska has also participated in a seminar organized at the Institute for European Studies of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology in Hanoi. After a brief presentation of the company's offer, prof. PhD Nguyen Duc Khien (the Vietnam Institute for Urban Environment & Industry) confirmed the usefulness of our EnviroMix ® technology on the Vietnamese market.
According to the preliminary agreements of the Polish and Vietnamese parties, a pilot program of the joint project of the disposal of hazardous waste may begin next year.

Ecotech Polska at the Pollutec 2010 fair in Lyon, France
Within the GreenEvo project, the Ministry of Environment promoted green technologies at the Pollutec 2010 fair, which took place in Lyon, France, from November 30th to December 3rd 2010. One of the innovative solutions that were promoted was the EnviroMix ® technology of hazardous waste stabilization. The fair was an opportunity for meeting current Ecotech clients from, e.g. Canada, as well as making new contacts. Pollutec Fair is one of the largest fair in the world in the environmental sector, gathering 2,400 exhibitors from 42 countries.

Ecotech Polska at the meeting of the Polish-Azerbaijani Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation
On November 24th in Baku, the fourth meeting of the Polish-Azerbaijani Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation was held.
The Polish delegation was led by the Chairman of the Polish section of the Commission, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy, Mr Waldemar Pawlak, while the delegation of Azerbaijan was represented by the President of the Azerbaijani section of the Commission, the Minister of Industry and Energy, Mr. Natig Aliyev.
Azerbaijani party presented challenges related to the treatment of solid and liquid pesticides stored in the province of Ganji, which pose a serious threat to the environment.
Poland party highligthed that in order to cooperate in that regard it is relevant to obtain from the Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan detailed information about the quantity and the chemical composition of toxic substances that pose a threat to the environment at hazardous waste landfills. This will allow us to continue discussion about the technical and financial aspects of the project.
Both parties underlined the need to coordinate joint actions on the Eastern Partnership program, following the financing activities of Ecotech company in Azerbaijan.

Ecotech Polska with technological offer in Russia
On November 16th, Ecotech Polska submitted its bid for the disposal and recycling of hazardous waste at the seminar in Moscow. Polish delegation, headed by the Undersecretary of State Bernard Blaszczyk, met with businessmen representing various industries. This meeting was held within the GreenEvo Project.

Ecotech Polska visited Eco Expo Asia 2010 at the exclusive invitation of Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Eco Expo Asia is the only international trading platform in Hong Kong showing the latest innovations in environmental protection from around the world. Ecotech Polska had the opportunity to establish new business contacts presenting its innovative technology of hazardous waste disposal EnviroMix®.

Ecotech Polska on the Roundtable meeting in Shanghai.
The meeting and the presentation of Polish innovative environmental technologies was held on September 6th 2010 in the Polish pavilion on the World Exhibition Expo in Shanghai. The session of bilateral meetings was preceded by the conference held with the Under-Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Environment – Janusz Zaleski and the representative of the Chinese Ministry of the Environment and the Shanghai Association for Environmental Studies and Science - Lu Fu Kuan.
According to the initial agreement, there is a possibility of initiating EnviroMix® technology in China even in this year.
The visit under the GreenEvo Projet was another economic mission organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in terms of Polish participation in Expo.

Ecotech Polska visit at IFAT ENTSORGA 2010 in Munich
On September 13th -17th 2010 the International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management (IFAT ENTSORGA 2010) took place in Munich. IFAT Fair is the leading trade fair for the environmental industry, as it represents a full range of different offers, not ignoring any segment.
During the fair, representatives of Ecotech Poland held a number of interesting meetings with companies from Austria, the Czech Republic, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, and Japan, presenting their innovative solution for hazardous waste stabilization and recovery EnviroMix®

ECOTECH Polska with the Economic Mission to Armenia.
The first meeting of Polish-Armenian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation was held on July 13th 2010 in Yerevan. Among Polish representatives who took part in the meeting there were the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy – Marcin Korolec, the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of the Environment – Bernard Błaszczyk, and the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure – Maciej Jankowski. Armenia was represented by the Prime Minister of Armenia – Tigran Sargsyan and the Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan.
The trip was connected with the Economic Mission of Polish entrepreneurs to which Ecotech Polska was invited. The Polish party offered help with solving problems of toxic waste on the Nubarashen landfill. The use of EnviroMix® technology was also presented.
On the territory of the Nubarashen landfill 600 tons of hazardous waste was placed in the concrete pesticide burial area at the beginning of the 80's. Leakage in the pesticide burial area has posed a serious danger to the Ararat Valley and its residents. The place for waste storage was unfavourably chosen because of land movements and the high groundwater level. According to scientific inquiry conducted by researchers from the Institute of Geological Sciences of the Armenian Academy of Sciences, pesticides have spayed on to groundwater.
Ecotech Polska has been identified as the only company that has a technical opportunity to solve the Nubarashen problem.

Ecotech Polska has become a part of the leadership of the Ministry of the Environment's project – GREENEVO.
On July 7th 2010 at the press conference with the Minister of the Environment Prof. Andrzej Kraszewski, technologies chosen by the chapter of the GreenEvo project have been presented as the best solutions for promotion in the GreenEvo project – Green Technology Accelerator.
After the proceedings and the analysis of documentation, the chapter of the GreenEvo project, comprised of experts on environmental protection, financing, and innovative technologies, has chosen a group of the most competitive and innovative Polish post-environmental technologies.
For the Ministry of the Environment, one of the most important goals is to promote innovative solutions which really contribute to the more effective use of natural resources and to the reduction of energy use and emission of pollution, which, as a matter of fact, can significantly improve the quality of our lives and the status of environment. Not only do Polish technologies fulfil these requirements, but also they are extremely competitive in terms of a price and exploitation costs. This gives us an additional advantage – says the Minister of the Environment Prof. Andrzej Kraszewski. - I'm sure that technologies, appreciated in the GreenEvo project, stand a chance of achieving an international success and our project will let them compete in a vary dynamic and far-reaching market. The support for Polish green technologies is very high on our list of priorities.

Ecotech Polska has become a laureate of the KRONENBERG FOUNDATION in the category of NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The ceremony of giving a ”Micro Entrepreneur of the Year” award (6th edition) took place on June 23rd in the New Coonect room at Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Amid 200 applications, the chapter consisting of:
- Andrzej Arendarski - President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce,
- Grzegorz Galusek – Manager of the Microfinance Center,
- Krzysztof Jaczewski – President of the Fundusz Mikro,
- Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak – President of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development,
- Andrzej Malinowski – President of the Employers of Poland,
- Prof. Elżbieta Mączyńska – President of the Polish Economic Society,
- Anna Skulimowska – Manager of the Office of Direct Banking in Citi Handlowy,
- Piotr Szczepański – President of the Rural Development Foundation,
- Dariusz Żuk – President of Academic Business Incubators ,
has chosen laureates.
Prior to the process of giving awards, the results of the research “Factors of microenterprises' success in Poland” were showed. The research was conducted in May last year by the Kronenberg Foundation in cooperation with the Microfinance Centre and Pentor RI.
Next, a panel discussion took place which was held by Piotr Mazurkiewicz from the daily newspaper “Rzeczpospolita” with participation of: Iwona Majewska - Opiełka, business psychologist; Jerzy Bartnik, president of the Polish Craft Association; Anna Skulimowska, Manager of the Office of Direct Banking in Citi Handlowy and Michał Kowalczyk, the laureate of the 5th edtion of the competition.

Research and development works in terms of ”TEKLA PLUS” project
In terms of “TEKLA PLUS” project, which is co-financed by European Funds, Ecotech Polska S.A. has employed a research worker as an apprentice. This project aims at conducting research and development works in terms of toxicological research with reference to stabilized waste in EnviroMix® technology and its total safety on all trophic levels of ecosystems.

Ecotech at IFAT China 2010
As a participant of the GreenEvo project, Ecotech has taken part in the biggest environmental protection fair, which was composed of IFAT China (International Fair for Waste, Sewage, Refuse, Recycling, and Natural Energy), EPTEE (China Environmental Protection Expo), and CWS (Show for Water, Air, Waste, Energy, and Recycling). The fair took place on May 5-7 in Shanghai at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). The Ministry of the Environment has been the promoter of this mission but it was organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in cooperation with the Trade and Investment Promotion Section Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Shanghai.
During the fair, a seminar took place at which the Grren Evo project was presented. The seminar was opened by Mr. Bernard Błaszczyk, Under-Secretary of State in the Mnistry of Environment and the chairman of the chapter of the GreeeEvo competition. During the mission, matchmaking meetings with Chinese entrepreneurs and also representatives of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and ecological associations took place.

Ecotech has become a member of the Polish Platform of Environmental Technologies
Ecotech has become a member of the Polish Platform of Environmental Technologies. The fundamental aims of the platform are:
- directing Polish research and development of innovative technologies of environmental protection,
- cooperation with the EU,
- verification of environmental protection technologies,
- analysis of the environmental levels of reference,
- mobilization of assets for the development of innovative technologies of environmental protection,
- analysis of instruments of market's development and initiation of environmental technologies.

Ecotech Polska sp. z o. o. - the winner of the National Innovation Leaders contest (2009 Edition)
Ecotech Polska S.A. has won the National Innovation Leaders contest (2009 Edition) held by Innovation and Development Foundation under the auspices of Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Ministry of Regional Development, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), National Bank of Poland (NBP), and Polish Patent Office. Ecotech Polska S.A. was honoured with the “Innovative Company” title in both regional and national editions.

EnviroMix® – Green Technology Accelerator
EnviroMix® technology has been qualified for participation in the GreenEvo project - Green Technology Accelerator. Ecotech Polska S.A. was awarded a GreenEvo Certificate which is a guarantee of the quality of green technologies “made in Poland.” The GreenEvo Platform will facilitate and promote the study of innovative post-environmental technology on the international arena in terms of technology transfer, fundraising, and marketing strategies. Andrzej Kraszewski, minister of the Environment, said on the solemn inauguration: “The government need to help those who have good ideas, provide them with professional training and support them in promoting their technologies. What is more, all our foreign posts of trading counsellors need to engage in this project.” At the second level of the Green Technology Accelerator competition, companies will be offered help that would enable further, accelerated development of the unique post-environmental solutions. Technologies, qualified for participation in the GreenEvo project, will be supported within subsequent areas: guidance of interpretation of laws and regulations, marketing, GreenEvo brand, foreign trading missions, knowledge of foreign markets, protection of industrial property, and professional training. The differentiation of EnviroMix® technology in the GreenEvo project - Green Technology Accelerator emphasises our real chance of the competition in the global market of green technologies.

Ecotech appreciated in the 2nd edition of the competition “Innovator of Mazowsze”
Ecotech Polska S.A. has been appreciated in the 2nd edition of the competition “Innovator of Mazowsze” for the study of innovative technology of hazardous waste disposal. The competition “Innovator of Mazowsze” aims at the promotion of the pro-innovative attitudes in small and medium enterprises as well as in the scientific environment. Throughout the competition, the best scientific achievements and the most innovative solutions have been evolving from the companies that utilize modern technological, organizational, and marketing solutions in the business practice. Ecotech has become a laureate in the 2nd edition of this competition in the category of “Young Innovative Company.”

Ecotech in a meeting with Business Roundtable
Ecotech Polska S.A. has been invited to the elitist group of companies that together with the Prince of Wales took part in the Business Roundtable. The event, initiated by The Prince of Wales EU Corporate Leaders Group of Climate Change (in cooperation with the British Embassy, PKPP Lewiatan and Polish Business Roundtable), aimed at the discussion of perspectives and challenges of instituting the low-carbon economy in Poland. Representatives of more than twenty companies from Poland and abroad (CEMEX, Kingfisher, Kulczyk Investments, Skanska, Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn SA, PLL LOT, Ecotech Polska SA, Curtis Group, Alstom, Tesco, and BZ WBK) have shared their experience in new technologies and applied solutions for obviating climate change from business. Minister Grażyna Henclewska, speaking on behalf of Polish government, highlighted the importance of the cooperation between business and government in terms of building the low-carbon economy and pro-economic performance. Ecotech Polska S.A. will actively support further CLG functioning.
